– Uploading your data to the iLumen Network is a simple task requiring
two minutes per month. The system accepts financial data in the form of a
trial balance report, a basic report from your accounting program that lists
all active accounts with their year-to-date ending balances for the period.
Financial
Dashboard – The Company Dashboard is a snapshot of your financial
performance. Create presentations and reports to share financial information
with your management team or board members. The dashboard highlights key financial
metrics and compares:

Current period vs. same period the previous year
• Current YTD vs. YTD for the
previous year
• Rolling 12 months vs. prior
fiscal year
• Average annual growth rate
Connect
with your financial advisors – Invite trusted business advisors,
such as your CPA and banker, to use the system to stay up to date on your financial
position throughout the year.
