This application maintains anonymous financial data provided by companies
from all industry sectors. No company-identifying information is collected
- only financial metrics such as revenue size, growth, margin, etc. Benchmarking
reports present aggregate industry trend averages, not individual company
performance.
The System is Secure
Data servers containing client information are equipped with firewalls to
prevent outside attacks. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Data Encryption ensures
that if data were intercepted during transmission, it would be unintelligible
and unidentifiable. Production equipment for this system is located at a
secure managed hosting facility. Physical, electronic and procedural practices
employed include 24-hour monitoring of servers and data stores, and administration
of network updates, security patches and daily back-ups. Security
policies are maintained to enhance the delivery of complete and accurate
information, and prevention of loss, fraud, identity theft and unauthorized
